From start to finish… Our process starts with a quick chat!

It’s good to talk

We are a friendly and helpful company and would welcome your call. A quick chat can help us to identify your needs even if you haven’t yet got a full brief. We can help you to establish the format of that brief by letting you know what we will need to maximise your stand effects and budget.


After our initial chat we can get our thinking caps on and produce and initial design layout and 3D visual. This way. We can check with you that we are on the right track. Don’t worry – it’s free!

Grow the idea

We listen and react to your comments, adapting and altering the concepts further until you are happy with the design and how it will work for you.

Be prepared

Once a design and cost is agreed, we’ll start to build and organise. We’ll deal will all aspect of planning and managing the project to make sure everything goes smoothly. And we’ll make sure you’re kept up to date on how things are progressing, working with you so that everything is ready for the big day.

Installation Day

We always aim to have your stand finished in plenty of time and have tuned our construction methods to make the installation of stands as simple and quick as possible. This also gives you time to “settle in” and be ready with plenty of time before the show starts.

Removal men

At the end of the show we arrive promptly to take down the stand with a minimum of fuss.

Afterwards we are happy to store the stand for reuse at future shows. With careful thought from the outset, stands can be refurbished and reinstalled a number of times – a great way to recycle and promote sustainability and save costs.

From start to finish

We can also organise all of the exhibitor directory items – including power, air. water, furniture, lighting, risk assessments and even hotel rooms – if that’s what you need, allowing you to simply walk onto the stand ready for the show.
