Data held includes names of clients and contacts in businesses we supply and of our suppliers.

Information includes contact names, business address, business phone numbers and email addresses.

No personal information such as date of birth, sex or religion is held. No home contact details are held.

Only information relevant to the carrying out of our business is held.

Method of Storage

Information is held on computers used solely for business purposes.

Written information is held in project files relating to individual contracts and may be stored for future reference.

Periodic back- up of data is onto a single portable hard disc drive which is stored in a locked file off site.

Protection of Data

Data control and usage is by staff members of Arcade Exhibition Design only. There is no appointed Data Protection Officer.

We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.

We will store all the personal information you provide on our secure (password- and firewall- protected) servers.

Computers are protected by proprietary anti-virus and anti-malware software.

Data is not sold to or used by third parties. Data is not used for marketing purposes.


We may disclose information about you to any of our employees, officers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes as set out in this privacy policy.

In addition, we may disclose information about you –

To the extent that we are required to do so by law;

In connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings;

In order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk); and

To the purchaser (or prospective purchaser) of any business or asset which we are (or are contemplating) selling.

Action if security is compromised

Should loss of data through a security breach occur, we will inform all contacts involved via email from backed up versions.

Supply of information held

We will provide copies of information held on individuals to said individuals if requested by the individual only.

We will provide information in a common format such as PDF , Excel or Word files as requested or suitable.

Data Deletion

Data is periodically deleted when the information is no longer relevant or useful to the running of our business.

Data will be deleted if requested by individuals as soon as practicable. Notice of deletion will be issued to the individual  by email.

How we use your information

This privacy notice tells you what to expect when {Arcade Design} collects personal information. It applies to information we collect about:

Visitors to our websites

When someone visits we collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. We collect this information in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting either of our websites ( We will not associate any data gathered from this site with any personally identifying information from any source. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.
